Description:

The Wallis Ranch vision takes in all the details. The 184-acre master-planned community will blend 806 low-, medium- and medium-high-density residences into individually distinctive neighborhoods. Natural riparian corridors, rolling open space and undulating terrain will be ribboned with tree-lined streets, paths and trails. Recreation, including the 10.4-acre public park, 3-acre community center and nearly 1-mile creekside trail, will knit the community together.

From the robust roots of California farming and ranching, a new era of fine living is growing. With a deep appreciation for the dreams of today’s homebuyers, this just-right-sized, gated environment will be seen as a contemporary residential haven. Eight diverse neighborhoods, walkable open space, recreation and a solid sense of value will foster a new Tri-Valley legacy at Wallis Ranch.

Nestled within the Wallis Ranch master plan are neighborhood 5 (Trestle) and neighborhood 7 (Driftsong).  These two unique communities provided 60 spacious and charming courtyard style attached homes and 68 luxurious three level detached homes

Our Role:
