Brett oversees all operational and strategic planning aspects for the company. Brett joined Moote in 2012 as an intern and subsequently transitioned into other areas of the company such as project management, public and private bid administration, land due diligence and reimbursements. Brett has been involved in the public and private bidding and project administration of over $300M in public infrastructure, $180M of which specifically at the Orange County Great Park, and over $50M in private site infrastructure in his time at Moote. He is well-versed in construction documentation, public works and prevailing wage compliance as well as most all financial programs throughout California.
