Cost Estimating
When you Really Need to Know
Getting accurate cost-to-complete estimates on unfinished projects is more important now than ever before. If you’re an individual or institution who owns or has foreclosed on property in any stage of development, one miscalculation in today’s fluctuating market can be fatal. Even if you assume your land value to be zero, the cost-to-complete numbers are significant enough to make or break you.
The Moote Group has been providing cost-to-complete estimates since 1974 and is the most experienced and accurate company out there – typically performing thousands of cost estimates each year. We approach each project through the eyes of the contractor, as if we were going to build it ourselves. But we identify the costs more thoroughly, accurately and objectively than sources with vested emotional interests at stake. And we will offer you several ways to construct the project less expensively.
